You may recognize these two from an earlier post on the blog! Amanda and Mike were married on a Friday evening at the Sheraton Suites in Cuyahoga Falls. The ceremony took place in the cozy Library Room with the reception in one of the main ballrooms. The whole evening was a blast and the bridal party couldn't have been more laid-back and fun-loving! Take note of Amanda's awesome blue shoes and her gorgeous crimson flowers - stunning :)
I was happy to second-shoot for Platinum Photography on this wedding and they were such a fun-loving couple, they even thanked us in their toast - how sweet is that?!?
I had been looking forward to Jeslyn and Evan's wedding, at Blue Heron Country Club in Medina, since last fall and it totally lived up to my expectations! Savvy Soirees was on hand and involved not only in the wedding itself (Sarah was the Matron of Honor) but also in all of the planning from the Bachelorette Party a few weeks prior to the very last detail of the reception.
We started the festivities on Friday night, with the rehearsal dinner, and the weather was better than anyone had imagined - 70's and sunny (which is saying a lot, considering we completely skipped the spring season here). Onto the 'big day' on Saturday, again with simply perfect weather, and the day was filled with fun, love and laughter. The theme was "Caribbean" and it did not disappoint, from the sand/candle centerpieces, to the exotic flowers and a choreographed first dance to Kenny Chesney's "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems".
Congrats again Jeslyn and Evan! And a huge, huge THANK YOU to my amazing husband for assisting me photograph their big day, I can't wait for many, many more events together :)
I have known Mike Fuller since he was in elementary school; seriously...we used to ride bikes, trade stickers and even jump on the trampoline together (sorry Mike, but it's true). And now he is all grown-up and getting married and I couldn't be happier for him and his fiance, Amanda, who is one very cool chick. These two are getting married on June 10th at the Sheraton in Cuyahoga Falls, and we finally had nice enough weather to sneak in their engagement session in Chagrin Falls - right where Mike proposed to Amanda :)
